OZK adheres to high standards and ethics of doing business, including countering possible abuse of office.
According to the 3rd annual Anti-Corruption Rating of Russian Business - 2023 by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Company was assigned with the A+ rating class - a high level of anti-corruption.

The Company encourages employees, partners and others to actively participate in combating corruption, reporting negative events of abuse that may be known to them.

For these purposes and to ensure a prompt response to the facts of corruption, the trust line is constantly operating in OZK.

Applications on actions of employees of OZK and OZK Group of capable of causing harm to economic activity and business reputation are accepted for consideration, among which are

• abuse of authority
• giving or receiving a bribe
• mediation in bribery
• commercial bribery or other illegal use by employees of OZK and OZK Group of their official position in order to obtain benefits in the form of money, valuables, other property or property services
